Navigo recently gained Qualified Education Provider™ status from the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®) for the Prosci® Change Management Certification Program.

Navigo is now offering Prosci's Delivering Project Results: Change Management Workshop for Project Managers. This one-day workshop introduces change management to team members and builds their awareness of how change management can help them achieve a project's intended outcomes. It provides team members with a common context and understanding of the "people side of change" and will increase the potential for project success.

Prosci® is introducing a new workshop called 'Delivering Project Results: Change Management Workshop for Project Managers.' The program is designed to help project managers and project team members apply change management to their current initiatives. More details on this program will be available in early 2015. The application of a structured approach is essential to any change management program. As a change management professional who has experience with a wide range of methodologies, I wasn’t surprised to see that the use of an established, customizable and scalable methodology was identified as a contributor to success in Prosci’s Best Practices in Change Management Report (read about the #1 contributor in another blog post).

The Association of Change Management Professionals’ (ACMP) mission is to advance the “discipline and profession of change management practices that support the success of individual and organization change for the realization of intended business results” (About ACMP).

One way the ACMP is advancing the profession is through the introduction of a set of certification standards. These standards, currently under review, will bring increased rigor and discipline to change management consulting.
