Andrew Horlick

Andrew Horlick is a change leadership expert with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable business results by addressing the “people side of change."

Prior to co-founding Navigo, Andrew worked as an internal consultant in two major Canadian corporations. He has strong business acumen and skillfully combines consulting, coaching and training services to support his clients to improve both organizational and individual effectiveness.

Andrew helps individuals and organizations develop the ability to effectively manage change by:

• Delivering change management training, including Prosci’s globally recognized suite of research-driven, role-based, programs.
• Coaching individuals to translate change management knowledge into the ability to achieve organizational results.
• Supporting executives and senior leaders to become more effective “people leaders."
• Advising organizations on how to build enterprise change capability and improve success rates for their change initiatives.

Andrew provides these services to a broad range of public and private sector clients in British Columbia and across Canada.

Andrew is a Certified Change Management Professional^TM and a Prosci Master Instructor. He is also a certified business coach (Corporate Coach University) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Science (Queen's), a master's degree in Business Administration (Western), and received specialized training in change management as a graduate of the Advanced Program in Managing Strategic Change (Toronto).
